no pointy-medical stuff please...
I just got home from my check up. We were at the kidney and lung center (I think) this afternoon. I was with my dad. We went there without knowing any doctor who could check up on me. So we searched for several minutes 'til we found one. It was only 1:30 in the afternoon when we found out that the doctor wasn't available until 4 o'clock. So we headed back home 'coz I needed to study for my prelims.
We went back at the hospital at about quarter to five. The doctor still wasn't there. SO we waited and waited and waited. By the time the doctor arrived, my dad and I had already consumed 2 hotdogs. *burp* It was about 6:30 P.M. when the doctor arrived. I was the last patient on the list, so we waited again for another 30minutes.
*drumroll* Finally, it was our turn. Yey! ^____^ The doctor was nice. Not the kind of doctor who just gives you some drug then let you leave at once like there's no tomorrow. First, he made us sit, then asked me some questions on how I feel and how "it" happened. My eyes got hooked on the medical instruments he had on a table. It gave me the chills. Thinking he might use it on me. Waaaaa! After answering his questions, he laughed and said there was nothing to worry about.
Then he made me sit on a special chair beside the table where the pointy-thingy medical stuffs were. Waaaa! I got scared. First he examined me then he got out a poited long needle of some sort. Waaaaa! I was so scared, but was relieved when I saw him put some cotton on the pointed part. *phew* What a relief. He just used it to put some ointment on me. *phew*
Then he gave me some anti biotics that I have to take for 5 days. Yey! ^____^
